Working with a teacher one-on-one offers the opportunity to explore these practices in a way that is deeply personal and moves at a pace that fits your specific needs and intentions.
Whether you're a newcomer to yoga, meditation and somatic therapy, or seeking to deepen your current practice on the mat or cushion, I'm here to support you.
These private sessions can be conducted either online or in person, depending on your preferences and location. To determine how I can best serve you, we’ll meet via an online consultation prior to the start of our work together. I request a commitment to a minimum of 4 sessions for those seeking one-on-one guidance, as learning new skills requires dedicated time and repetition.
